There was no indication on any website that they were remodeling. There were paint and bleach fumes. The elevator got went to the wrong floor and when it did arrive at my correct floor the door wouldnt open. We could not fit a lugage cart through our hallway because there were refrigerators and other furniture crowding the entire hallway. There was kitchen ware and bags of garbage inside the elevator for at least 3 hours.

Room was stinky, bathroom door wasn't locking and utensils provided were dirty!

Hot water wasn't hot enough. Bags of trash and dirty dishes all over the hallways.

Fridge front, walls and floors were very dirty. Many things need replaced.

Find a different hotel… Not clean, found dead cockroach in bathroom sink, mold on the bedding, broken fixtures, lamps with no lightbulbs, didn’t feel clean. Worst experience ever.

There was a roach in the bathroom. The shower dripped. There was no ice machine that might be handy for people overall not a good experience and will not be staying at this chain of hotels anymore. Thank you.

My room smelled of cigarette smoke. The furniture was very worn. The front of the refrigerator and some walls were dirty. There was no tv remote and I had to get back dressed and go to the front desk to get one. Luckily the man at the desk was very nice about it and gave me one. I just didn’t want to be charged for what should have been checked during cleaning.
