For the price I paid. I was very disappointed. I've stayed here once before and it wasn't like this. The floor was wet like something was leaking when I took my shoes off my socks were soaked. We were visiting family in the area and when we got back to our room which was in the middle of the night, we tried to call housekeeping and our phone was not working so we had to walk out to find someone to help us. Breakfast was not what I expected it was just muffins and oatmeal. Don't think I will be staying here on my next visit.

I'm not sure if they are short-staffed but waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. A line formed. The room had one towel, one soap, no shampoo or conditioner or lotion or anything! I went to front desk for towels and he said they didn't have any clean towel! Another person was also asking for a towel. We walked away that night hoping to get a towel in the morning. Room was hot, getting the air to work took some time. No ice machine and the “breakfast” was a disappointment, to say the least. Please stock rooms with soap and shampoo.

The door really stuck, no USB ports, the floor was filthy, holes in the sheets, not enough pillows, no paper towels in the kitchen. Have stayed at Extended Stay in Burbank and it was good - no problems so thought this would be the same.

The staff are not experienced. check in process was big mass. They even run out shampoo. The room didn’t have extra sheets for sofa bed

Upon check in the room card key was inoperable, took several hours for the issue to be resolved. Although breakfast is included, I was advised by the front desk clerk, the following morning, that 'there was no food'. I was not offered anything to compensate me for the above circumstances. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I will not stay at this property again and I will caution friends and family, of the above.

The floors were dirty and didnt seem they wiped more than weeks.

First of all the propery advertises Includes Breakfast and they did not have any thing to eat. Only coffee on Sunday morning and I had to drive out of the property for few miles to find breakfast on a sunday morning also the rooms are outdated and no shampoo and smell smoke cigarette. I will never stay in here.
