We were in the non smoking room and yet the room smelled like it was smoked in. No shampoo, conditioner. No fitted sheet, blankets, and pillows for the sofa bed. Free breakfast was ok. Luke warm water for the hot chocolate. Staff was friendly but overall i will not comeback here at this place. Trying to save $30 bucks was not worth it compared to sonesta about 2 blocks away.

Nobody in front desk for check in/out. Basic amenities like hair dryer, mugs, etc not avail in room.

Drab and worn decor, archaic & unresponsive TV, tepid hot water, ridiculously small microwave barely fits a bag of popcorn. And if you want any shampoo, you have to go to the front desk and ask for it.

Room was basic, room had no shampoo or conditioner, or hair drier. kitchen no dishes. They required one to go to get them from the office. Furniture was damaged and kitchen had no dish washer. Bath tub was peeling. Room service only every 14 days!

Staff was unprofessional to deal with and they charged late checking fee of one day rent. Which was rip off and very unprofessional.

I was put in an accessible room which is usually fine, but this room was terrible. Tiny sink with no hot water in the bathroom. There were gross black stains on the sink and in the shower/tub with mold on the shower curtain that I did not want to use it. There was nothing available in the cabinets to use for the kitchenette... not even coffee mugs. The grab and go breakfast was just some coffee and oatmeal by the office. I tried to change my room but they were not able to help me. Definitely do Not recommend this hotel.
