Not what I was hoping for Room smelled like and ashtray when trying to call front desk phone has no dial tone so I has ego use my cell phone to call and be put through a phone tree to ask for some spray and check on the closet curtain that is coming off of the ceiling when clerk arrives he giggle says yeah maintenance will have to look at that , stated they are fully book and they have no rooms they can move us to so we are stuck in this one . not good,no shampoo! No hair dryer!

I am not a hotel snob but this is one we won’t be coming back to. We actually had reservations here for next month but cancelled them in favor of another hotel. It was just an abundance of little things: the mattress was rock hard, the towels which I do think were clean still had fibers or hairs in them, the laminate floor was sticky and didn’t appear to have been mopped before us, the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom, ants on the bathroom counter. The final straw was the massive hairball in the shower (gag).

Roaches ughh Roaches in the room noone there for over 20 min to check me in dirty conditions just bad over all
Breakfast is very limited, the staff leaves the lobby unattended, several customers had to wait for him to arrive to serve us. First time Extended Stay failed this bad.
Room was very musty and humid. Need more fresh air and widow open before renting out room
The worst check-in service I have ever experienced. The attendant at the hotel would not allow me to check in as a single guest. After about 30 min of foolishness I was able to check in. The outside of the refrigerator was disgusting which made the entire room unacceptable.
No lotion, shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryer in bathroom, had to go to office to get them.
