The service was horrible. Room had 0 Toiletries. Requested from the front desk and they said go buy it from the nearest Target. I requested to speak to the manager and was told she is not in and no ome is covering for her as well.

The room was very old. The walls were damaged, paint was faded and in poor repair. The bathroom shower /tub area was cracked and peeling. The worst part is the broom absolutely smelled heavily of smoke. I should’ve realized the red flags when I showed up and all the windows and fans were on in the location. Unfortunately, I arrived fairly late and staff indicated there were no other rooms available. Which I know was not true. Not as advertised re the Expedia photos! Morning breakfast? No way. Black coffee, hot water and packets of instant oatmeal. Shrink wrapped "muffins." Loud heater.
