The VERY substantial street noise in Room 227, compounded by the loud tromping around of the people upstairs all night and the very loud air conditioner resulted in a sleepless night. Probably the worst hotel stay in my life. I got dressed at 5:30 AM and went outside and waited until the desk clerk arrived to check out. It was a traumatic experience.
I just needed a place to stay on a Saturday night to watch a youth soccer tournament, so it was fine for that. The hotel is right off the 805 freeway which is convenient but there are no restaurants close by. No shampoo, lotion, hair dryer or in room coffee. I feel the room was over priced (total of $319) for no amenities. Also this Extended Stay had no dishes or silverware. The cupboards and drawers were completely bare.
The room didn’t have any dishes, no remote for the tv and the air conditioning didn’t work very well
everything in the room is old, tub is old, peeling with lots of yellow stain, room smells old. Sorry but I am just being honest. needs upgrade.
The hotel was just adequate. We made a last minute reservation for a soccer tournament and the location and price were good. The bed wasn’t comfortable. We couldn’t control the temperature in the room and it got hot and stuffy. There was no TV remote, no plates or silverware, and a minimal breakfast (oatmeal and coffee).
We had to change rooms then the light didn’t work and no way to fix it
The staff was very helpful. However the facility was horrible. It was very old and dated. There was no ice machine on the premises. We were in a room with 2 queen beds but.... There was only one bedside table in the room. One bed had no lamps/lights There was no light near the closet area The kitchen cooktop was dirty upon arrival The bathroom sink was stained. Front office onky has 1 person and not helpful. Room was not cleaned despite multipke call to desk. Toom was so-so in cleansiness. Understaffed.

This is worst hotel I have ever been to. Carpet had multiple stains. Room smelled like a toilet and weed. Tap in bathtub and shower head were very old and not maintained. No toiletries in room. When asked front desk said we need to ask for it. Room was not livable and we had to find another room at 9 PM. Overall it was a terrible experience.
