Disgusting room This place was disgusting... I will never stay here again. The bathtub was disgusting hair everywhere and the sink was clogged the carpet was wet from the ac leaking making the room smell with crap I was so disappointed with this room

There is no service. They do not even clean the room. I got four big bites on the arm and leg, not sure it was mosquito or some other bug. My arm and leg are still swallen after three days. The breakfast was just on a small table in a very tiny lobby, only around 100 sq feet. The food looks terrible if there is any. Do not stay there!

On our last hour of our stay, we saw a cockroach roaming inside the fridge. When you see 1cockroach around in an area, there might be hundreds lurking in the dark as well.

Awful hotel. The non smoking room stank of cigarettes. The carpets were stained and it was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I checked in, went to the room and checked out immediately. I ended up having to book another hotel on the fly. Dreadful place.

Won’t stay here again... Check in attendant Brian on Thursday night was not very friendly but overall checkin process was easy. The room was not super clean and the shower constantly dripped but it was otherwise satisfactory. On Sunday night we went to use our room key late at night after leaving a concert, and it wouldn’t work after several tries. Made reservation for two queens front desk agent with dreadlocks told us that I would need to pay $45 more a night for upgrade to two queens. After some hassle and looking for the reservations he accompanied us. Same thing just happened in Orlando Florida at the Convention Center, Extended StayAmerica. I’m starting to believe it’s a regular policy of theirs. Had to bring up plates and silverware to the room none available at time of check-in. Property was quiet but cleanliness is a big issue here. I was chased out of my bed by a black widow spider. Luckily I wasn’t sleeping. Attendant on duty quickly gave me another room.
