Dirty sheets, no shampoo, no hot water for shower and beds smell dirty.

Not very accomadating Was not provided with adequate bedding for the sofa bed. I was with my daughter and the front desk said that they would give me a call when a sheet was available after I went down to request sheets 2 times. I was never given a call. There was no coffee when I woke up and went into the lobby at 630 then again at 730 and again at 8 AM. I would like a partial refund please

Friendly staff and clean but the rooms smell terrible and are dated.

Worst Stay Ever Room 109 is disgusting! Carpets are filthy, never took my socks off, one burner of the cook top missing, round burn mark in the Carpet by the door... Thermostat on the wall didn't work... Other than that

Worse experience to begin with. Staff assigned me to an occupied room. Keys not working properly. I went from room to check in counter 4 times due key not working and wrong assigned room. Hope management make some improvements to be more organized and trained staff properly. Will never come back to this hotel. Period

The room smell like fish. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall bathroom was dirty.

Falling & leaking Good area , have stayed here before . This time wasn’t as pleasant. Towel rack was coming off the wall & the shower head was leaking and shooting water into the rest of the bathroom. (Refer to the pictures)
