They claimed to have breakfast included. They described it as "grab and go". It was a cheesy muffin and a granola bar. Now I have to go out for breakfast. Terrible .

They were supposed to supply kitchen utensil . And nothing . Smoke free room but room smelled of smoke and pet

Not a place for family Not a place for family. We smelled Pot all over the place. I think this is a place where they house transients, how I can't confirm it.

When i checked in i was given the dishes, pots and pans and silverware and the dish drainer to take to my room. Mind you i walked into checkin with a cane and my requests stated i was disabled and walked with a cane. Nut no offer to have an staff member bring twenty pounds of kitchenware to my room. When i got to my room, it was stale smelling and wirn and somewhat dirty carpet. Sticky dirty kitchen cabinets and no sponge ir dishcloth provided abd two tiny packets of dish liquid. Nobody answered or came when I checked out. Nobody answered when I called later. Nobody answered the day after checkout for a call. Nobody is ever at the front desk and they don’t come when you sit there for 15 minutes

The hotel was trying to charge me again. They said something about not seeing my reservation and payment. I had to show them my bank statement. Another thing was that their price for the hotel room was $50 cheaper than what I paid using the Expedia website.
