This was a tough night! We booked this room for the king bed and sofa sleeper for my two kids. The sofa sleeper was so small. My 8 and 7 year olds barely fit. An average adult would have there legs hanging off the end. When we opened the sofa sleeper it hadn't been made. We called the front desk to ask for sheets and they said we can come get sheets and make it ourselves. Lack of towels, cups, utensils, and did not once clean room

DON'T STAY HERE! This hotel simply put is not acceptable. It should be removed from Hotels.com. The service is horrible and the hotel is extremely run down and in very poor condition. It is also the ONLY hotel I've ever stayed at that did not have an ice machine or have ice available upon request.

Very very outdated and old property. Pictures do not do justice, so when you get there and pay $162 for one night, it makes you very upset!

This place is a dump. I cannot imagine anyone giving this a rating above 1-2 unless they are shill for the owners. First, this is supposed to be for extended stay. Except for a refrigerator and two burners, there were no plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, or pans available. When I asked about this, I was told they were full and "there were not enough supplies to go around". In the evening, the parking lot was only one third full and there were many dark windows. I gave an overall rating of average because I don’t really know how the price compares to other places in the area. The hotel is a little run down. When I entered my room it had that smell you get when you enter some Las Vegas rooms. You know that cigarettes were smoked in here for a long time before it became a smokeless hotel. Bad service The room that we booked was not available when we got there even though we booked it that morning. The room was not clean. The shower had no water pressure and hot water would come and go.
