Room was very small Trouble with internet No hot water No ice anywhere throughout faculty No clock in room Would not use this chain again.

ugh. there was a cockroach in my room. waited at the front desk for 15 minutes and nobody was there both check in and check out

The staff was rude and the room smelled like smoke. Horrible!!!

Poor experience! You can do better. I book my reservation online, when I got to the hotel they didn’t have a room, I had to BEG front desk clerk to give me a room for my Mom who can’t walk stairs. I specifically requested 1st floor online...finally front desk woman found a 1st floor reluctantly. It wasn’t a friendly first experience and I didn’t get the room that I initially wanted there. Had to beg for new towels, trash wasn’t picked up; and no new bedding for 3 nights? Very poor experience & customer service that Friday ni... read more

Didn't get what I paid for When booking here, I had reserved a non-smoking room. At check-in, they gave my room away and I was stuck with a smoking room. I was coughing the while night. My clothes smelled like I had been smoking. Very embarrassing. The shower head had very little pressure. Water was leaking like crazy.

No soap in room, phone didn’t work, breakfast was only cereal and the don’t clean the room daily!

Overpriced for very basic room. Supposed to be B&B, but the breakfast was a joke

They over-booked and they didn’t have a room for me despite that I booked a room a few weeks ago and made a payment at the same time. Luckily I could find a room in a different hotel but that was 30 minutes away from here. The manager never said sorry and even worse was that she asked me to find a different place to stay myself. it was really terrible...
