No late check in! They do not accommodate late check in! Was stuck in traffic...called 2 times to request a late check in but no one ever picks up! Showed up to be told we could not get our room...in the middle of a audit? Had to cancel and grab a last min room nearby. Will not be staying at any Extended Stays again.

Housekeeping did not come for the entire 3 nights. The room has a strong lingering odor of burnt food of some sort. The toilet was plugged and the sinks did not drain well. The tub filled with water ana did not drain for hours.

2cd time in a row we booked 2 beds and they give us a room with one bed, this time there were even people in the room they gave us.
