Bare bones no kitchen supplies The room, advertised with a full kitchen, had no kitchen items. Every cupboard and drawer was empty. No cups, no spoons, nothing. Finally in the morning I found a little post card- sized page saying I had to request the kitchen items to be delivered.

Did not honor the reservation and required me to find another hotel at 11pm

Phones don’t work. The front desk associate was very well spoken and friendly and informative. It took him a bit to get to the front desk to attend be but once he was there he was very nice. The room phone did not work. Which inconvenienced me as I was unable to request more towels or get help. I tried looking for staff to request extra towels but couldn’t locate anyone.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room has carpet stains all over, and the white blanket on the bed has a big brown stain. In the evening, while walking the dog around the property, we encountered a person sitting and rolling on the ground in the parking lot and he looks like something is not right with him. There were individuals who appeared sketchy around the property. According to others, this is normal, and the police are unable to intervene.

many things wrong in the room The staff at the front desk were always trying to be helpful but there was only so much they could do. My bathroom tub was peeling off paint at the bottom where you stood, a lamp was broken off the wall and the ac did not work. I had to wear flip flops in the shower and buy a fan because there were not and other rooms to move to. The house keeping staff were very nice. but the room was not clean, the bath tub soap container was coated with soap from another tenant.
