I thought Extended Stay America is at least a three star hotel, but I was so disappointed: the office had bad smell like mold or something. My room was at the back building, separated from the main one. That was exact like a cheap motel: there was only ONE tiny tube of conditioning shampoo for both of us, two night stay. When we needed more and went to the office to get it ( there was no answer on the phone), we found out that the staff left at 11:00 pm. Too pricey for the conditions of the rooms kept and the size. Poor quality stuff everywhere. Worn out things, needs maintenance and repairs. Not clean, not worth at all for $290 a night stay!

Do not stay here I would not recommend this Hotel. There are a lot of 'resident families' that seem to live there. This was not the issue. The issue was children were allowed to run freely until 4am. Screaming, riding bikes, yelling as well as their parents. It was so incredibly rude. We were to stay another night, but I checked out as we received no rest.
