No soap in room, phone didn’t work, breakfast was only cereal and the don’t clean the room daily!

Overpriced for very basic room. Supposed to be B&B, but the breakfast was a joke

They over-booked and they didn’t have a room for me despite that I booked a room a few weeks ago and made a payment at the same time. Luckily I could find a room in a different hotel but that was 30 minutes away from here. The manager never said sorry and even worse was that she asked me to find a different place to stay myself. it was really terrible...

Front desk personnel was nice and friendly. When we got to our room we noticed a weird odor, we blamed it on the age of the room and the fact that it was a extended stay with a stove in the room. Later during my shower I noticed that there was water damage on the ceiling and wall and what looked to be mold on the ceiling

Likes: Close to La Jolla, 405 and 5 freeways. Didn't like: property is poorly maintained, room smells, carpet stained, tub coating was peeling off, shower temperature changes by itself, ironing board was way old and broken, breakfast is a mug of warm coffee and granola bars.
