The front desk staff were rude, there were ants inside the room and it did not get addressed properly, not real clean, etc.

Almost as good as no-tell hotel Too far from my location the bathroom in need of repair thin walls

First of all, I was not able to get the room I paid for which was a double bed. I was called and informed that the only room left was a single smoking room which I had no option but to take since everything else in the area was booked or way too expensive. No rollaway bed was available or extra bedding so one of my children had to sleep on the floor with minimal covers. Not happy at all and will not be staying here again.

The phone didn’t work for me to call the front desk for me to tell them all the other things that were wrong. Like how we needed towels but the lady at the front claimed they didn’t have any. I asked if they had a blow drier n she said AGAIN that they didn’t have any. Also we found hair all over the bed like they didn’t even clean the sheets. So gross. Never staying here ever again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Very disappointed by the quality of this hotel, especially being in a high end location. We have stayed in other Extended Stays in the past, and it was no way near like this one. Rooms had a very mold/mildew, rotten odor as soon as you opened the door. Furnishings were old and rusted. Counters were cracked, tub was pealing. Just horrible!!! For the high price we paid, this hotel was definitely not worth it at ALL!!! The property was convenient because it had a kitchenette, the included breakfast was poor, no muffins, and the rug of the lobby where food was served was disgusting! The room smelled dirty,the rug needs to be replaced and the walls painted. Bathroom shower leaked constantly leaving the floor moldy,the faucet in the shower was calcified. Employees are nice and they do what they can to help.
