What a Dump Room was filthy. First room had no functioning heat/AC. Second room had several burned out lights. The floor was disgusting. I made the mistake of walking barefoot in the room. Within a few minutes my feet were black. The tub/shower combo had been painted at some point and the paint was peeling off in large sheets. The place looks good from the outside, but the rooms are really dumps !!

Disappointing Staff at check in was friendly and efficient. Friday night we realized our air conditioner wasn't working and reported the problem to the front desk Saturday morning. The issue was never addressed. Also, note that this property does not provide housekeeping services on weekends. Finally, if you are looking for a truly extended stay property, look elsewhere. Don't waste your time The guy at the desk doesn't speak English, and he doesn't know how to check reservations. I ended up spending about an hour with phone calls to get a new reservation.

below expectations No coffee machine, toaster, no dishes, pots etc: I had to go to the from office and bring them back in my room. Refrigerator was not working. One of the ladies was not nice, and almost "scary". I had to carry my suitcase to the second level since there is no elevator. I asked for late check out but house keeping knocked on my door to vacate.

This hotel was designed to house out of town workers from various companies and not for families or people on vacation. The rooms are very small and walls very thin and noisy in the morning as the workers go to their jobs.

Worst hotel ever seen in my life Giving dirty rooms to customer..They are charging for nothing...I suggest you not stay in this hotel.. One desk person will say wrong information other one will say different.. Room smell very bad....Worst Hotel i have stayed till now...

I still haven't seen my refund The room was so bad I asked expedia to cancel my room and book me at a better hotel. they booked me at a new hotel but I never saw the credit for the old room, so I paid for two rooms.

tired place The facility is pretty tired. I also require a non-smoking room and was given no choice but a smoking room.
