Won't go there again Drab room. One plastic cup. Had to sign out for dishes. Room as bare was a tree in winter. . No coffee maker. Had to wait til our freezer made ice. Breakfast energy bars and instant oatmeal. Terrible.

They will try to nickel and dime you to death. Tiny shampoo, no conditioner. One tiny soap. One night table for a king bed. Had to go myself to get kitchen supplies. Forks and spoons, no knives. Provide only prepackaged snacks in am, not "breakfast". Only flavored creamers for coffee. Manager doesn't seem honest.

Overpriced even for SF. Will never stay there again.
Stay someplace else! The attitude with the front desk was real bad! The breakfast was a joke and even the muffins were the cheapest you can find! Not worth the money all around!
Extended Stay Not For All
Criminal! Overcharged me by over $4000!!!! I booked this property on behalf of multiple colleagues for business. After months of patronizing the hotel, I realized that they overcharged me by over $4000!!!!! I have spent countless hours trying to get my money back and still have not!! On top of that, my colleagues had to pay extra to get working internet, there aren't enough pots and pans available for all of the rooms, etc... etc...
My tub and shower was dirty. No set up business ma The room was dirty and staff didn't know the restaurants and not set up for business man who has to print or get airline passes for the next day.
