The hotel room seemed old. Not a lot of amenities. The area was good for where I needed to be, but the hotel itself was not very good. Probably won't stay there again

Overpriced, boring unkempt facility. Check in was good; rooms are aesthetically unattractive, lighting is cold effect. Bed decent. Pillows awful. Room heater works fine. Area carpet under the bed is filthy and a trip hazard.

Pas du tout recommandé Chambre non conforme à ce qui était demandé et payé au niveau des couchages

This hotel is located in office park. The parking is extra. The room was clean but did have a slight smell. I have nothing great to say about this place. The breakfast was a joke with only few options for drink/food. The Front desk person did her job but could have be more friendly.

Booked this hotel last minute. Went to check she asked for my ID and credit card. I stated I book trough Expedia, I complied she then said parking fee and inserted my card into the card machine didn't explain and when I looked at her funny she said its new. I was to tired to argue she then gives me the key to my room we head up to the second floor and coming off the elevator there is an eviction notice we here people screaming trough doors as we walk to our room. Dissapointed with room ,comfort, hidden fees, was not a good weekend stay for the price

No one at front desk upon arrival. Had to wait 20 minutes to learn there was no ice machine, then was given 2 empty ice trays......not much help when you want ice at 12 AM and you've just waited for 20 minutes to find out only ice is the ice not in your freezer. When asked why housekeeping doesn't restock icetrays after each stay, I'm told it's a matter of cleanliness. Gee, how do they explain the square foot of mold on top of the refrigerator, then? Of our 5 week trip this summer, by far the worst accommodations to date.
