Awful place. Rather looks like a barn Awful place. Rather looks like a barn for cattle. The price is absolutely inadequate. NEVER Again.

Homeless shelter This Hotel gives out vouchers for the homeless and it appeared that most guests had very large dogs. When you walk down the hall you hear many different dogs barking. And I would only rate this a two star hotel.

Bad bedding While the overall look at first glance was updated and tidy. The bed and bedding was terrible. The mattress was smelly and lumpy! Bathtub and restroom again tidy and clean at first glance, however there were tiny bugs crawling inside the tub! This property while recently updated has underlying issues. I would not recommend a stay here. Just happy I traveled with a disinfectant!

Not exactly breakfast Felt the description was misleading. Was told price included free breakfast but turns out was just coffee and granola bars /muffins.

Don't stay there Our stay sucked, was charged for a suite but got studio.tub clogged the entire time, was told maintenance would fix never happened we bought our own drank & it didn't work. Agent said it was a 15min drive which ended up being a 45 drive. No utensils to cook in the room no one at the front desk to help only during checkout. Constant wait to get any help from the staff. My family was truly unhappy on our vacation

Do not stay here! Found pubic hair in my sheets, carpet turned my white socks black, horrible customer service. Had to chase someone down for bedding and toilet paper because nobody is ever in the lobby! We had a group of 5 families who all feel the same, 2 nights at $350 was a complete waste of my money. Then we asked for late checkout and they gave us 15 freakin minutes!!!

Find better Hotel Check in is at 3:00pm and I showed up at 6:30pm. I had to wait about 20 -25 minutes because our room wasn't ready yet. I told them what if I would of showed up at 3:00 and he had no answer. They are short on staff so it's kind of hard if you need anything. Also, The a/c in the room is a wall a/c that is right next to the bed so it's kind of hard to get the whole room cold. You would think this big hotel would have a big a/c unit for the entire building. Not too satisfied.

Hello? Are you there? Have stayed here quite a few times in the past. This trip was most disappointing! Had to wait at check in for some one to show up!! No method to alert staff of someone wanting to check in! Waited while knocking on counter, shouting, whistling!! After 10 minutes the man arrived pulling a laundry cart' Won't book here again unless the system changes!
