Bare minimum While clean, this hotel has the minimum amount of effort and extras. There wasn't even an ice machine. For the same price or a slight increase you can find a much nicer place to stay.

No one home!!!!!!!!!!! Arrived at this hotel at 1140PM after traveling all day. Front door was unlocked but no one at the front desk. Called the hotel phone number and listened to the front desk phone ring continuously until I hung up. Waited 50 minutes, that's 50 MINUTES, without anyone coming into the hotel or anyone manning the front desk. I left. Called Expedia and cancelled my reservation. This has to be a safety and security concern.

Bad experience The manager called me the day after to tell me i was only supposed to stay 1 day instead of the 2 days we went over and wanted to charge me for an extra day i told him the days were already paid for but he still kept insisting i needed to pay for an extra day or leave. Once everything was settled i come back to my room and the room was never cleaned

The room looked clean, but other people's stuff was left in the room. I had a belt, my coworker had an open bag of rice, a bunch of dry foods. He also had a bunch of cardboard leftover from someone else in the kitchen and an empty condom box on the floor.

Not even worth saving money... Pay more elsewhere If your a Laborer great... It's run down. As a female I didn't feel safe unless with my husband walking the halls. I overheard other guest coming back downstairs saying there room wasn't even ready i.e. dirty bathroom No sheets carpet described as yuck

Stay Somewhere else...ick Room smelled. Needed a good scrubbing. Staff was nice enough but couldn't get past the grunge. Housekeeping needs training...

Senior Area General Manager for Sodexo Services What hotel is the day and age does not provide coffee makers in the rooms at no additional charge. I arrived no towels in the room, no soap no nothing. When I inquire at the front desk I am told that these are considered extras for a nominal charge. This will be my last attempt to ever stay at any Extended Stay America, not sure if this area is just bad but this is my second time that the experience was not a pleasant or satisfied one especially with the money paid for the room... read more

The worst place I have ever encountered There were scoundrels and the place had no front desk clerk for 1/2 hour. The rooms and hallways looked like a drug infested hotel. I left after 5 min in the room in fear of my safety. It was not worth my life to stay there.

Rats! Stay away Not much to say... There were rats and rat droppings everywhere...
