Terrible room and service Room cleanup only once a week, room conditions are terrible. no further comment

Do not stay here! This hotel was horrible. Smell of pot throughout the hotel, room was dirty, no utensils, no plates or glasses. No one answered front desk, no staff at night shift, someone tried to enter my room at 4:00 am and room was not cleaned after first night. You think for a hotel on the Peninsula they would try harder to attract guests since hotel rooms are expensive and hard to find!

Freeway close! Room was poor quality amenities and not clean upon checking in.

The tub was clogged and they went to fix it and still clogged. Refrigerator was too loud. On check out morning, no staff onsite for about an hour at front counter.

If you like Industrial Prison feel, this is it! When you first roll up on this hotel you can tell something is different. Utility trucks and trailers fill the parking lot. Next is when you are checking in you are told that there are NO appliances, flatware, cooking wares, cups and plates in the rooms. You have to sign out these items you think you will need for your stay. The next thing that makes this a fun location is the smells coming at you from all locations. No amenities, poor water pressure Never been to this hotel before, but was really surprised by the lack of amenities and services. I get that must be their niche. The bathroom smelled like a sewer and there was very little water pressure. Overall, would not stay here again.

Unprofessional Staff & Unsantiary Hotel Very horrible experience. When I arrived I had to wait awhile due to computers down so I was unable to check-in upon arrival. Not a good feeling when walking through the hallway to my room....area smelled of smoke and food cooking. Hotel room was unsanitary (very dirty, I had to wipe everything down with antibacterial wipes) The fridge was disgusting I didn't feel comfortable putting my food inside of it. Conveniently Uncomfortable We selected the hotel based on it's location to Menlo Park where we were attending a conference. We typically stay in 4-5 star hotels, with boutique hotels being our favorites. We were shocked to find anything three stars or above were well over $400/night. The gentleman who checked us in, muddled through the process, taking quite a long time to process a reservation that had been prepaid. Our room was out-dated and extremely dark. The room was dirty, hair scattered underneath bed covers. Stains on much of the furnishing. Service was ok at best, the front desk clerks are the same people delivering cups and hangers. Has an atmosphere of a live in hotel.
