Smell The room smelled OK when we arrived but smelled like a dead animal and woke us up with the smell at 5:00 AM. Someone should check this out to see if it is coming from in the room or right outside the window. Room number was 112.

Very unhappy Customer service was terrible. Staff were rude at every encounter. Crockery was filthy. Toaster was in two pieces. Wall sockets didn’t work. Lights didn’t work. Breakfast cupboards containing breakfast were left locked.

Front desk personal wasn’t totally up front. Didn’t know there was a charge for parking paying that much for a room parking should be free! I feel I should get a reduced rate and refunded. That’s twice I staded (first and last).

Over Priced. Pointless Breakfast Frankly I wouldn't bother. Felt like a real budget chain option, but priced higher than that. Felt like appalling value for money and the breakfast of a granola bar, poor coffee and a processed muffin was a terrible joke, particularly when the hotel is situated in a location where there are no alternative breakfast options nearby.

92道路のサンカロスのホテル 見た目とホテルの記載内容が違う。 外観は良いけどサービスがいまいち。 2日連泊したが部屋の掃除がしていなかった。

Worst $300 I ever spent Long story short got stuck between flights for the night every where was booked up and had to spend $300 to stay here the staff was very friendly but you didn’t even need a key to get in the side door because it was broken the curtains and bed spreads were wet from them spraying what I assume was some sort of disinfectant right before we walked in. Beds so uncomfortable I could barley walk the next morning. If there’s another option for you take it.

Poor choice I made in Hotel Was not stocked with hand towels , soap, shampoo. Sink dirty and was not serviced when I returned late after my second day.

Why I won't stay here again My room was provided with one washcloth. Didn't know until late at night. It had dark spots on it as if it was used as a cleaning rag. No staff between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Number to call for service is a busy signal between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Bed was fine, closet was dirty and the floor near it and in it. Windows were filthy. If I wanted to check out before 7 a.m. I don't know how that would work considering no one is on duty until then. Strange....very strange.

Dirty no clean wash cloths Toothpaste on mirror and kitchen sticky counters no garbage can in bathroom
