Need to refund my stay When I check into the hotel the guest rep didn’t know anything about the policy they have in the hotel ! The room is very noisy and it seem not clean at all! The ac unit was so loud had to turn it off ! Need a refund for This stay

you're not working in this place needs to be updat you're not working in this place needs to be updated major update had to take the Wi-Fi I stayed up a lot of motel but the Wi-Fi as much if you charge per room by 550. I have not received a receipt yet when I checked out Tuesday I asked For One people one I need a receipt

Incompetent Staff I gave a poor score because I thought the front desks staff was not helpful at all. Here are the reasons why: - After I checked in and went to my room the key card did not work because it was not activated. I had to go back downstairs to have them activate i - There was not complimentary water bottles in the room, which should be standard for hotels so I had to go back downstairs to buy some from the vending machine. Wouldn't go back Dated hotel. No room service. Had to take towels down to the front desk to get replacements. Not the greatest area. Wifi was slow. You could upgrade to a faster speed. Everything is a money grab. At $271 a night, not good value for the money.

disappointed The shower drain was clogged and when I notified the front desk, they apologized and said they would have it fixed by the time I returned at the end of the day. Unfortunately, the drain was never fixed and I ended up cleaning it out myself. You're welcome! The bedding sheets and blanket were sub-par and the feel of a clean room was just not there. I'm in the building maintenance business and I'm very familiar with cleaning and level of cleanliness.

Great place if you love the smell of cigarettes The room was okay. Not amazingly clean but not the worst I’ve seen. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was fine. The A/C was really loud so hopefully that doesn’t bother you. The worst part though was the constant smell of cigarette smoke in the halls on the second floor. It smelled like a cheap Vegas motel out there. Fortunately it never really seeped into my room, but it did get on my clothes when trying to leave the hotel every morning. Bad experience My experience at this hotel and property was not what I had hoped. after a long 3 hour drive I arrived at 9:45 in the evening to find no one at the front desk to check me in. I waited for 5 minutes until someone stepped out of an office and asked how long I've been standing there? A moment later an employee walked around the corner and this person (who I assumed was the manager) started yelling at the employee in front of me. Great room, not clean and no help I booked last minute as i needed a night in a room with air con on the hottest day ever. I did not stay in my already booked hostel. When i arrived another guest was trying to get the person at the reception to get more cleaning done. That didnt go very smootlhly. When i checked in i sas that it wasn't superclean and i removed the not clean bedding. The next day the shower tap did not work so i called reception. The Maintenance man would not be in intil 9:00.
