This property is a life hazard when it comes to cleanliness. My bed sheets had a lot of stains on them, I asked the front desk for cleaning services and they said they will only clean your room after you stay for 2 weeks, I said I will pay for it but they never cleaned my room even with me paying for it. Will never stay at this hotel. Trusted the online reviews but apparently online reviews are not accurate.

WiFi sucks. You have to pay to use. No one is there to talk about maintenance issues.

Truly terrible. Roaches in kitchen all over the place. Wash room stinks like vomit. The front desk says it a motel don’t expect a hotel kind of treatment. Checked out without refund.

A senior citizen’s card declined once at the front desk and they started behaving as if they are the police. A guest didn’t collect his Amazon package the same day and they told him it’s not allowed very rudely. Go to a place which treats its people like guests not debtors. Cheers!

THIS PROPERTY WAS EVERY CLOSE TO FREEWAY-BENEFIT. STAFF CHECKED ME INTO 3 ROOMS- FIRST 2 ROOMS ALREADY HAD SOMEONE INTHEM AND 3RD ROOM HAS 1 REGULAR COUCH AND 1 BED. I PAID FOR A ROOM WITH 2 BEDS. COMMERCIAL DRYER HAD HORRIBLE SCREACHING NOISE COMING FROM IT AND HOUSEKEEPING TRIED TO COME IN THE ROOM NUMEROUS TIME WHILE WE SLEPT. SLEPT PART OF THE TIME IN MY WORK VECHILE DUE TO BEING SO UNCOMFORTABLE.
The bathroom bathtub was very dirty. You have to ask for towels because they don’t give you enough. You have to ask for soap and shampoo, which is normally provided. The hallways smelled like food. The luggage mover was beyond difficult to work. The automatic front doors into the lobby did not Work. The staff did not ask if we enjoyed our stay or was everything ok…. absolutely nothing. Will never return.

Staff was nowhere to be seen in the morning for the front desk and the breakfast option that it says it’s included it’s a joke. The coffee taste more like water then coffee and they just have one fruit and like two different bread options with coffee or hot chocolate.
