I liked this place they seemed great we got switched here because of a terrible facility originally being unable to have us....then we were switched here where a manager who had previously been called and I formed of our situation was willing to help us and said to come in and we were booked here and hoping arrival he would not let us check In because "AHMAIL" who was manager and informed we had been out in the rain and delayed hours previously at the other hotel .. would not let us check in while it was pouring rain and I h... read more

What a waste After traveling half the day and all night we decided to aquire lodging. We made an earlier trip to the grocery store in an agreed attempt to eat healthy and cook our meal, leading to the fact of our need for a kitchenette. Calling around at 5am and we were only able to speak with a few establishments before finally speaking with a lady at the Extended Stay America Suites San Carlos Ca. The room that i stayed in was not clean at all. It had so much dust in the room and i wasnt able to open the window for ventilation. The floors were sticky. AC did not work either. It was a horrible stay and would definitely ask for my money back.

We aresure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. It was picked because it was close to downtown RWC. I arrived there around 2 or so. Was told I could not check in until 3 even if they had rooms ready. Very rude person. Very disappointed that it didn't have coffee in the room.No conditioner or hand cream in the bathroom.My room key didn't work 3 times and when I went down to have it replaced the front desk told me to not put it next to my phone. I replied that I had it in my pocket and that I know not to have it next to my phone. It say a take a go and there were only bars ... read more

The room was not clean, hair on sink and tub. Had to clean it myself.

The rooms are very cold and the heater takes Forever to heat The room there’s no heating vent in the bathroom it’s freezing. There’s no coffee machine and the staff don’t even offer any info about amenities. Eilyn at the front desk only answer is” I don’t have anything available” TERRIBLE PlACE TO STAY...🙁☹️
