Don’t book this hotel What a terrible experience. We did not get to stay at this hotel. I called at 3 pm And said that we would not be able to check in until after 8:30 pm and wanted to confirm our rooms. We had to rooms reserved. They stated no problem. We arrived at the property at 9. No rooms available for us. Recommended we go to the next town of Belmont and call the manager for credit., we are traveling with small children. Super frustrating. The descriptions on hotel.com is misleading for property.

Deplorable I used to stay here a lot, but this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had there. We booked a room with 2 beds. They wouldn’t give us the room we booked and then 2 days into the stay, moved us to a room with 2 beds. To top things off, the shower wouldn’t drain, nor the sinks so I ended up skipping a day of showering because of it. Even bought draino to try to fix the problem to no avail. Broken Bathtub - Extremely Poor Customer Service We checked in and out bathtub was broken. Went to the front desk right away. After waiting over 20 minutes for the front desk staff to show up and help us they were extremely rude and refused to offer a solution. Later when we called to ask again if there was any way to be put in a different room the front desk staff HUNG UP on us TWICE. Unbelievable and Unacceptable.

Broken Bathtub-Very Disappointing Customer Service The bathtub in the room was broken. Front desk staff refused to offer a solution. Told us the manager would be in the next day (the day we were checking out) and we could call them then… Front desk also hung up on us twice when we called to see if there was any other room to put us in. Unreal and disappointing to say the least.
