Terrible service. Not very clean. The hallways had little bits of trash in them. Carpets were worn. Service wasn't evident at all. I tried to check out at 6:45AM and was told (by the night guard) that I had to wait until the clerk arrived after 7:00AM. Seriously?

Paid for 2 queen beds and at the property They only had I bed and one pullout couch (very thin mattress, extremely uncomfortable, NOT OK FOR PEOPLE THAT WANT TO REST AFTER 10 days driving straight). I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE WIFI BECAUSE THE INTERNET SERVICE NOT SET UP SINCE I ARRIVED AT 10 PM, IN FACT I ASKED THEM AT 7 am and they NEVER SET ME UP. “Breakfast included” only has coffee, oatmeal pouches and very small muffins. BATHROOM LIGHT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I TOOK MY SHOWER ALMOST IN THE DARK. THEY WANT TO CHARGE $11 for... read more

Hôtel cher et pas interessant L’hôtel se situe dans une zone industriel où il n’y a pas de restos ou de supermachés aux alentours. L’hotesse d’accueil n’était pas agréable, j’ai des eu problèmes de wifi car cela fonctionnait très mal dans ma chambre. Elle m’a donné le numéro du standard qui s’occupe de ça car elle ne savait pas comment faire. Mais de toute façon, la wifi se coupait systématiquement à chaque fois je devais me reconnecter. From the start it was a nightmare at this property. As soon as I got there to check in the staff told me they had not received my reservation and that I had to wait because it takes Orbitz a while to send it to their computer. After waiting approximately 20 minutes I checked in with the clerk and she told me she had not received anything and walked away. I decided to call Orbitz customer service and they contacted the hotel directly. After some back and forth they manually checked me in. The check in process took almost one ... read more

Bad service Booked a double queen beds recieved a king size and a sofa bed with a very thin mattress my back still hurts talked to front desk she told me it was based on availability it doesn't state that anywhere also states parking is $10 charged me $11 NEVER booking here again

Super bad customer service in the front desk. The man was so unprofessional and rude

Pros: fairly clean and quiet. Cons: if youre looking for flexibility this place will not provide that. Check in time is strictly 3pm. I arrived at 2pm and was turned away. I was not even directed to a waiting/lobby area. They have no public restrooms! Further, dont expect a continental breakfast of any kind. I would have preferred the coffee in my room as opposed to having to go downstairs to get it. I will not be staying at this ESA again in the future and will continue to book Airbnb's as they seem to provide much better c... read more
