horrible experience. the bedsheets weren't clean, the water didn't drain, the internet didn't work.

Was expecting a more updated and comfortable stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and there were food smells that poured into the room at around 3 am. Needed a room for the night do to family being in town, and the price was very affordable. Just not what was expected

Very Disappointing This hotel was not worth the discount through Hotels.com. The woman at the front desk looked as if she had no interest in helping us. We were told it would be $11 a night for “self park”, when Hotels.com has $10 listed on the site. I was told by the desk person that “All hotels in San Francisco charge for parking - nope! Incorrect. They said they don’t have room, I called Customer care they put me on hold for 30 mins then they disconnected the phone, it’s embarrassing, I am going to file case against Expedia for harassment
