Staff was nice, but the two roaches in the room that I found are the reason why I'm taking off two stars.

Arturo Trejo the manager was very helpful! Had an issue with my hot water he switched me rooms and everything was good 👍

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, from the General Manager to all of the staff I've interacted with. They are kind, helpful, and very welcoming to everyone. My career is in customer service, and these people are some of the best I've experienced, in any industry.
