Most Horrible Motel Ever I arrived a few hours after check in time and the room was still being "cleaned." There were no towels, soap, nothing. I told the desk clerk that I had to leave but would be back so as long as there were towels when I came back that was fine. There were no towels and the night clerk told me that was my tough luck, the room was filthy, the AC didn't work. I had to check out. I'm currently waiting for me refund.

Ok for longer stays but not great Property is a bit run down, peeling paint and my roomed a bed smell. But for longer stays it had rooms set up more like a small studio apartment.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I checked into my first room and after resting a bit, I discovered the closet area was soaked with water. Maintenance checked it and discovered there was a problem with the toilet. The front desk agent agreed to put me in a new room, but mentioned they were overbooked so it would be difficult. I checked into my second room, and took a shower to get ready to attend a football game. Filthy room Toilet w used toilet paper and fecal stains; someone's leftovers in fridge, used tissues in trash, potato chips on floor.

Room was not made, nor cleaned. There was not trashcan in the room, breakfast very simple, coffee, muffin or cereal bars.

Booked this hotel last minute for a concert at Levi Stadium. The door handle to the bathroom was broken and the door did not close all the way. Both queen bed comforters were spotted with black stains. When we got back to the room after the concert we found ants everywhere! The walls, the desk, in our beds. We checked out/left around 1am and made the 2 hour drive home. I'm still waiting for a refund.

Dirty/Terrible Service Don't stay here. The room was dirty. Not normal dirty, it was like it wasn't cleaned from the last person. There was a CONDOM wrapper on the floor and clumps of hair all over the room. When I tried to get a refund, the manager was never around to speak to so I had to chase him for almost a week. Also would not refund the full amount, maybe they needed the money to persuade the cleaning staff to do their job.
