Standard local area pricing for poor service. I had check in at 3:30 p.m. Got a room and the Refrigerator didn't work. I notified the front desk. I was told me at 4:30, they would contact me and I would be able to switch rooms. The front desk never contact me at 4:30. There is no ice machine, not enough towels in the room, there was only two for two of use. I asked for more and was told I would have to exchange the two I had for new ones. T.V. selection sucked. Terrible experience Staff was rude, rooms not ready on time, could not get kitchen supplies or eve a pillow. Renovations started in midedle of stay without any notice - 8am noise started - really bad experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY Poor management. Took me 3 hours to check-in. There are absolutely no service during the stay. Some time, they don't even bother change the sheets between customers.

Never Again They gave away our 2 queen room and gave us 1 king which meant our son had to sleep on the floor. All hotels in the area were booked for a conference so we were stuck. They had no roll-aways (against fire code?). They had no extra blankets, sheets or bedspreads so our son slept on towels. On the 3rd day when we once again asked for any sort of extra bedding, Juliet was very kind and brought out brand new bedding that was still in plastic. Staff was challenged to get people checked in. I had to take a smoking room, and was told it wasn't their fault, even through my reservation clearly stated NON-Smoking room.

Try next door Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. They held my bag beginning early on the day I arrived and beyond checkout time on the day I left. It was a busy weekend and I witnessed the staff work diligently to satisfy the request of each customer and they called or arrived at the front desk. The facility itself however, was lacking. Disappointing The room was not so clean, there were insects and they had room service only once a week.

This place is terrible. I never leave bad reviews This hotel sucks. I never leave bad reviews but i had to go to the front desk to get dishes and pots and pans and the only reason anyone would get this hotel is the kitchen. We were told they don't provide housekeeping. They didn't clean the room at all while we were there and they wouldn't give us fresh towels for 4 days. They acted like it was our fault That the hotel was full. Black slime on the wall. Just gross. It was rediculous. I would never stay here again.

Awful experience Hotel is old and smelly and I dont recommend this hotel to any one. You have other good options within the same area wand it was a mistake that I did not invest more money for other option
