AC Not Cold The air conditioner had two setting for cold either Cool or Very Cool which neither got cold. It was more of a small fan on the wall. The room didn't seem to get any cooler, and there was no ice machine to try and use that to cool down. There was only one plastic cup in the room.

Its a homeless shelter One big homeless camp.showers so gros they wer unusable

I booked a room online and when I got there I waited an hour until the front desk staff came back from hanging out in the parking lot And all he said we are fully booked all the rooms are full and left

This place smelled like cigarette smoke, was super dirty and run down. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The customer service was terrible. From the moment I walked in I was told to 'read the sign' when asking if I could check in early. It was 2:47pm for 3:00pm check-in. Very rude staff. The location is good regarding proximity to airport and downtown, but it isn't in the nicest of areas. Definitely would not stay there again.

We had two rooms. Both rooms had stained sheets, in one room we saw a cockroach in the bathroom, the other room bathroom sink got clogged. One room didn’t have a tv zapper when asked for one never got it. Asked for more pillows, they said they didn’t have anymore. Overall, not a great experience.

As soon as I entered the room and turned on the lights, two bugs were crawling on the counter trying to hide. The room does not look clean. There are mold / spider webs in the corners. I fled out of the room at 12am

The price is good. Service is poor. People got into a group playing loud music right at the front of front desk by outside entering. The person working in front desk was joining the crown. I came to the front deck to pick up towns, had to waited for 15 minutes for him to come back from the crown to help me.
