Never stay "Extended Stay American Suites"! Got into San Jose late, make a reservation online at 11:15pm. When I got there only a security guard was behind the desk and he said he had no authorization to check people in. He said the person had left for the night. No one let me check in and it was late. No employees working the front desk. Poor security. I apologized to him. Not his fault
