Tough night, canceled planned second night Not a place I would recommend. Room smelled a bit of mold and wasn't clean, the sink in bathroom wouldn't drain and water pressure in the shower was a trickle at best.

Bedbugs It was fine, no frills until…..bedbugs! Our son woke up in the morning with a bug on his pillow….so we looked it up on the internet, never having seen a bed bug, and it was a bedbug. put it in a plastic cup and took it to the manager. We had to plastic bag our clothes and then take them directly to the washing machine and dry in dryer on high for 30 minutes….it has only been a day so I don't know yet if we were successful with our processing of our clothes. overpriced and filthy facilities were filthy. room amenities were minimal.zero room service or service to be mentioned of by staff. avoid.

The bath tub was horrible with clogging water. The front desk staff was rude, and we felt that she was not happy working. During check in she was there inside but kept us and another customer waiting for more than 15 minutes even she could here our frustratio n. This was myfirst and last stay with this hotel chain.

Really noisy and stinky. The carpet was old and it had a really bad smell. It was very noisy.. A lot of people with children and or in one room. The refrigerator was old and it was making too much noise.

Entire floor smelled of smoke and so did the room. It was horrible even my kids disliked the smell. Will never again stay at an extended stay. Bathroom wasn't as clean either the tub had hairs.
