House cleaning more effort I have a very peace full stay no problems other then the AC/ heater unit it wasn't work correctly filter was very dirty. The unit would not stay on it would go off and on every few mins

Better than motel 6 It's very expensive for a place that's just slightly better than motel six. The first room We went into smelled like weed. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were able to switch to a different room which was much better. The new room had a leaky toilet. I'll take that over the smell of weed. I wouldn't stay here again.

Overall the stay was good The stay was good!! The room has kitchen,microwave and big ref....that's a plus..

Close to kaiser hospital Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Basic comfort at a reasonable price for the area

We waited more than 30 mins for staff to appear in the counter to check us in, even with the line getting long, and some customers walked out. No available kitchen utensils as promised (to ask for kitchen stuff needed), not even available coffee maker. They should not advertise breakfast, since they only serve coffee and tea, instant oatmeal, protein bar or muffin. The room was not pleasing compared to cheaper hotel that we have been.
