The hallways smelled bad and the carpet was dirty. The walls were paper thin and I could hear everything going on in the next room. Gross!

At check in the clerk said I was not in a good part of San Jose. The first room was dirty. The door looked like it had been pried open, the towel rack in the bathroom was missing leaving holes in the walls and there were crumbs and debris on the night stand and telephone. The second room attempted had a wad of toilet paper in a dirty toilet with dark hair on the seat and rim. I called the desk and said I was leaving. The check-in service was very lengthy, the bed was old & uncomfortable. The pillows smelled bad. The room and hallways smelled very bad.

It was outdated. Meds new remodeling. Bed was so so in comfort. Coffee was not good. Grab and go ok for the price. Staff not so welcoming. The hall way smelled like arm pit. Don’t know if it was a guest or something in the hall way.
