the front desk clerk made a paper copy of my debit card and ID and said it was protocol. A week later after my stay someone there made all kinds of purchases on my card for food delivery to the hotel, even tried to charge my card again for the stay until my bank noticed fraudulent activity. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

since you entered, the lobby carpet very dirty . You could see with the naked eye the bad condition I couldn't cancel at the time because it was already late and I was tired . And from the lobby to the entrance of my room that was at the top floor all the dirty dirty dirty carpet, inside the room not carpet but sticky floor, Behind the recliner and the wall all dirty and garbage under and behind. This hotel looks under construction but no excuses for it to be that dirty.

Terrible Checked in was terrible long and then gave a room wasn’t clean!! The bed sheets wasn’t there!! Curtain was falling. There is no hair dryer and no toilet paper holders!!

Not recomendable, room was dirty I booked this room as a gift for a married couple, and for me was so embarrassed when they told me about the conditions of the room, they didn’t call me cause it was past midnight when they arrived to the hotel, I believe is not fair if you are paying for a room and found it so dirty, like it was use before they came to the room
