Flophouse Central Nice sign, looks great outside. Inside is rough. Room was dirty, what looked like blood stains on the bathroom counter. Nothing included with kitchen, and I mean nothing. No in room coffee, no water cups, soap or other niceties. 2 body towels and 2 washcloths. People hanging out in hallways drinking, people hanging out outside drinking. Flophouse.....

Extended Stay is dirty. A hard never!! The worst stay possible. The room was funky and musty. I was booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night because I had to be up early but I checked out after the first day. I won’t recommend staying there.

Hotel was overbooked Hotel was overbooked despite having booked the room weeks ago. Sent me out to find another hotel at 11pm. Unacceptable

Trash storage is inside hotel and smells horrible. Bed was awful. Stayed here because of recliner which didn’t work. No hot water for shower. Outside of hotel lovely and deceiving Because inside smelled terrible...trash was stored inside hotel. We stay at extended stay hotels quite often and never expected this mess plus it was just creepy.

Overbooked I made a reservation online and received a confirmation. When i arrived, they had no rooms available, so i had to find another place to stay at the last minute. I had prepaid for the room and am now trying to get a refund, which is proving to be challenging.

Overall was good but the bed was too hard, sleeping on the pillows impossible they were like hard balls and the bathroom not lockable. Staff was very attentive, and the place was clean.
