Stay away from Extended Stay San Jose This is the worst place I have ever stayed. No kitchen equipment, although it was advertised. No coffee maker. No maid service. Rude staff. Kept my credit card and ID until I had to request for it back.

The bed was comfortable. No ice machine at the facility. There were two ice trays in the freezer to make ice. The train going by several times a night woke us up. There was no hair dryer in the room, the hotel was full so the front desk didn't have one for us. The manager wasn't available for the front desk to use the key to open the storage room to see if there was one there. The stay was not that great. Was never told at check in that unless you are stayin 8 days or more there is no maid service unless you pay $10.00 a day for it. Also, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, there was a strong smell in the corridors of marijuana from people who were smoking in their rooms.

Not what you would expect.. This room was not inexpensive, and I did not feel I got the value I paid for it. Got a handicapped room, which is not always fun. The lights next to the bed would not work, so had to use the flashlight on my phone to see. Near a train track, so noisy all night. The breakfast is really only muffins in plastic bags and granola bars. No hair dryer in the room, so I had to go to the front desk to get it myself, as there was no one there to bring it to me. Hotel close to Levi Statdium Dear Sir or Ma'am, I'm not likely to recommend this hotel to a friend. The location was close to the Levi stadium and the staff was nice... but the hotel was not worth what was charged. My reservation for two beds could not be honored. The shower pipes screamed when the water was turned on. The front door had issues with the card reader. The thermostat didn't work. The continental breakfast was a pot of coffee and a granola bar. Hotel needs some serious TLC. Thanks Edward Bichard

Needs Improvement 1. no towels for showering, had to call to get some. 2. needs vacuuming carpet dirty 3. fire alarm went off for two days 4. continental breakfast was just coffee (which ran out), granola bar, muffins and oatmeal. 5. card readers to get intp hotel was not working, had to go through front. 6. sink dirty. 7. need more staff
