Glad when I left The worst bed I’ve slept on in memory. Hard as a brick, thin worn blanket. No extra blanket in room. Minimal supplies in room. Extra cheap soap and shampoo. Very disappointing.

Horrible service, but cheap You know the old saying, you get what you pay for. That's definitely true here. It's a cheap hotel, but you get no service. I was there for 3 nights and they did not clean the room ONCE. When we tried to check in there was no one at the service desk for 15 minutes, and we had to look for somebody to check us in.

Rude Staff and Uncomfortable Beds Upon arriving after a long trip in the car, Sunil at the front desk immediately misgendered my girlfriend calling her sir (yes she has short hair but she looks very much like a girl). He corrected himself and then continued to call her both sir and ma’am throughout our check in. When i called ahead and asked if I could check in and bring her ID with me (some laws require photocopies of all adult guest’s IDs for law enforcement records) they said no she had to be present as well which is neit... read more

Do NOT stay here Nothing was good -- no coffee , no breakfast, double charged us ($792 x 2) not clean, not friendly, free WIFI not free

Room not ready at check inn Room not ready at check in at 3.00pm had to wait in the lobby and was late to our event. Also, stayed one night told staff no need for housekeeping the next day. Of course house keeping woke us up at 8 am. Why don’t the have the do not disturb sign

this place sucks! A/C didnt work and had to change rooms multiple times. Breakfast bar was a joke. Very old grim place!

Air condition unit Used old unit control next to window instead of wall control air condition. Thought turn off the unit before go to sleep and it was still working whole night. Wake up early with iced cold. Should have better sign or reception people should explain when we check in.

Bad location, beside the train station Too many noise from the train station! in the middle night! Avoid this hotel if possible
