Not good for sleep Staff couldn't find the keys when we checked in just before midnight, room was not very clean and smelled of smoke, towels are shredded and well worn, but the worst part is the train that runs buy every hour or so blowing it's whistle and waking you up.

My thoughts... Dishes in the room were not cleaned properly, there was no extra toilet paper only 1 so we had to ask for another, no complimentary dish soap you had to ask for it at the counter, funny smell but overall not too bad for the price. The upkeep and area of the overall hotel was good but no shopping or anything just mean felt safe. The complimentary breakfast was below standard only had coffee, packaged muffins choc or blueberry, Apple, oranges, oatmeal packets, hot cocoa packets that's it.

Smoky and old. Staff was nice. Had to change rooms due to the fact our room was so smoky it aggrivated my alergies

Seek another place to stay! The hotel was filthy. Room was clean enough, but I was loathe to step outside into the hall. It was so bad that I took photos and sent them to hotel management!

Santa Clara Extended Stay The hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants. In order to go eat, you will need a car - or hire a taxi. The hotel is also right next to the train tracks, which makes it pretty loud. The hotel has not been updated, so the decor is lacking.

Late night check in and no room ready When I checked in at 23:00 the room was not ready and I had to wait for 30min until they cleaned the room. They did not show any sense of urgency or felt bad. When I entered the room it smelled terrible like fragrance perfum in the whole room. The windows were wide open and the room was very cold. The people at the reception did not react at all when I pushed the call button. Seems like a not well managed place. It was the second time I stay at this hotel. Nice location but too noisy My room was on the side of the train station and I couldn't close my window. It was really noisy and I didn't sleep well at all. I stayed 4 nights but suffered 3 nights. I finally got to move to different room, but I couldn't focus on my work during the day. The reason I gave 2 points was because the hotel gave me discount for the trip, but my stay was horrible.
