Awful... It was awful... the smell of drugs in the building wreaked, the gangbangers in the parking lot, the hooker walking by my window, wifi=dial-up, and "breakfast to go" was hardly that. Let just say I was booked for 6 nights and I left after the first night. But Hotels.com took care of me and got me out with 4 nights refunded. Great customer service from them!

Last minute leftovers The hotel's that i usually book were full so I wasn't left with many options. I was pleasantly surprised at the kitchen but then the fridge ran off/on all night and I wasn't able to get much sleep because the bed was not very comfortable and you hear everything around you because there seems to be no insulation in the walls/between floors. The staff were very pleasant and the location was convenient.

Room was cramped and had an odd odor. Train whistle blew continually through the night.

Not a good experience! The room had a bad smell that would not go away. The internet did not work. Management did look into the problem, but no internet. There was no business office, so we left after the first night. Not a good experience.
Loud train track Located right next to train track. Woke me up twice in one night. I noticed they tried with the double windows but they barely helped. Will stay elsewhere next time. Beware!
bad choice Very bad choice. One person behind the desk and if you need any thing you have to go the front desk to take it. That includes the kitchen ware that supposedly be in the room (such as cup, glass, coffee maker) I requested a cup and a glass. I was handed a two cups and two glasses. One of the cups was not washed. I saw the leftovers all over the cup. The floor was not vacuumed. Popcorn was all over the floor. The remote for the tv was dirty and not functioning. I requested for another one. Very disappointing.
