Web site advertised free breakfast with cook to order dishes. But the reality was a limited number of granola bars and coffee.

The property looks inviting from the street. It is affordable. The staff was mixed. The female desk person was terrific and helpful. The male was terrible. He couldn’t work the computers, gave us a room that was still being cleaned, he was sloppy dressed and not friendly at all. He complained and fumbled the computer…the female was cleaning up a mess on 3floor and came down to help check us in. She was doing 2 jobs while the male was slow and unhelpful. When we got there we were told that Expedia overbooked them and we did not have a room. Took a long time to get the information we asked for. Thanks.

Run! Go someplace else The hotel canceled our reservation two hours before our arrival without letting us know. After a long day of travel we had to find other accommodations, the staff was rude

We checked in with Mr. PETER, a very rude person, who treated us very rudely, and showed us to be very unqualified for the job he was doing. I even thought about giving up my stay and looking for another hotel, but it was already paid for and we were very tired after a long trip. But I don't forget how stupid we were received by Mr. PETER. Moments after our check in, there were 3 or 4 San Rafael police cars in front of the hotel becaus of something that happened there that we didn't know about. Anyway, VERY BAD PLACE.

Pool was not open and the common areas not clean

The bathroom was dirty, found an open safety pin in bed under sheets, no Wi-Fi, disappointing breakfast and no amenities in room, no dishes, no utensils, no nothing. No one at counter after we checked in. Seemed to be ladies of the evening in the front lobby in the morning.

As was already shared in another email I will be direct: the facility was filthy, disgusting, needed to be vacuumed, swept, shower didn’t drain, counter tops were dirty. Breakfast was not breakfast it was few muffins and bars offered. Not a breakfast. The facility smelled. The vending machine got stuck and didn’t work sufficiently. The pool that was advertised was under construction: one of the main reasons we chose it. Very disappointing. Seeking a full refund.
