Disappointed Bed was okay, location was okay if you needed freeway access each day. Loved that it was pet friendly. Air was tempermental. Noisy. Maid service slow. I dodnt like that the kitchen wasnt prestocked. Pool was closed although it was open air covered. I was just dissappointed.

Terrible experience. Staff was not friendly. Not enough bathroom product for 3 guests. Worst breakfast ever. Unclean property. Not worth $209/night at all. If this hotel offer me a free stay, I would still not stay here ever again.

Bait & Switch Purchased a 2-Queen room and the front desk clerk (who has been rude during both stays) said that we didn't purchase a 2-Queen room and wouldn't allow us to move. On the 2nd day we asked again, only to find out that there was zero inventory left. Really not a good experience.

If you don’t need a kitchen then don’t stay here It’s great that these rooms have a kitchen and free parking but it lacks work on everything else. The walls are thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms. The bed is super uncomfortable, zero support. My back started to hurt when I was trying to sleep so I couldn’t sleep at all. Outside noise from the parking lot and the near by highway become very loud at night. During my stay there one of the employees told me they were understaffed so I had to go get my own toile... read more

Very bad hotel. Lacking some things that are always provided even at low end motels. Not even a coffee maker in the room provided. They give you one tiny soap, one shampoo and two cups in the bathroom. For a hotel where they expect people to stay longer, they should at least provide a few bottles of water, extra rolls of toilet paper and a coffee maker. Of course, there are not plates or cutlery provided as well. Hotel decor and interior design reminds me of hospital, feels very sterile and lifeless.

Shawn who is the PM Mgr was awesome but the day Mgr Peter is rude and uppity! The Expedia discount made it slightly cheaper than Motel 6!! But the day service at Motel 6 is better than Extended Stay!

There was no breakfast as advertised. Premises were not clean. There were no dishes or flatware in the kitchenette. Toiletries were non- existent. For that price, would have expected a much better experience.

Dirty The stove knobs were disgusting. The bed sunk in and we could feel the coils. There was a bandaid and a q-tip that was in the elevator the whole 3 days we were there. I wouldn’t stay there again.
