NOT HAPPY It was not good. Checked in and the room had no TV remote, had to go down and get a new one, it would not work. Had them change my room, opened the door and it had not been serviced since the last person left it. Went down and got a third room. The room was cold and the heater sounded like a jet engine. The blankets/duvet were paper thin. Won't be going back.

Absolutely horrible experience. We didn’t even stay the front desk was extremely rude to us as soon as we got there. We called prior to make accommodations for early check in and were told that it wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived we were told that they couldnt accommodate us and were treated very poorly. I do not recommend staying here.

They advertise there is a pool and spa. They show many pics of a pool. Pool seems permanently closed. Spa has been cemented over. The reason I booked this hotel was for the pool. Peter the front desk guy was very rude to my autistic son. He was not welcoming and seemed like he wished he was anywhere but there. The floors in the room where not swept and we found a used tissue in the window cill. Cabinets in kitchen where falling off. Hotel also smelt horrible. Worst experience I have yet had. Not great with hints of injury. Everything seemed to be in a pretty intense state of disrepair. The front desk person was seemingly always away dealing with something (they were lovely and kind and hard-working but just clearly dealing with too much and no support). Room was reasonably clean and such, nothing beyond the usual low cost hotel discomfort so that’s fine. There was no hot water. When told, they just said they were aware of it. No assistance or compensation. We suffered as travelers with an elderly person and people with some health issues. They were not concerned with our plight even though we paid for the room and it’s services.
