This location was terrible. They overbooked the hotel, so when we arrived to check in there was not a room available for us even though we booked and paid for our room several days in advance. We were left to find another hotel. Very frustrating.

They advertised that they offer breakfast. There was no breakfast, coffee, tea, nor anything else. The eating area was closed off without any notification. They were short h Andes so I had to wait m you multiple le times for someone to show up at the front desk. My room had full kitchen (out dated) without any pots, pans nor any utensils. Not even a coffee machine in my room. Every cupboard was empty. Just one kitchen towel sitting on the counter. I could open the one bottle I bought to have with my fast food dinner. For the money, hotel did not hold up at all. Their po is closed, fire alarm going off. I tried canceling my booking and the person up front (who looks like the only person working at the hotel) could not help. Tried getting ahold of Expedia and the text message person who was replying was no help either. Save your money people, there is a double tree 8 minutes away which is a lot nicer and for about the same amount.

Check in staff was rude. I arrived at 8:00 pm after a long day of travel. I was the only guest and he seemed put off that he had to help me check in. There wasn’t a working ice machine on the whole property. Only shampoo in the shower. No conditioner. Furniture and appliances very old, damaged and dingy.

I booking room for two days any went I tried to extend my day in the hotel the guy in the front desk tall me I need make a new reservation 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

No hot water No hot water at whole building, front desk didn’t even acknowledge us when we were check in. Didnt get apologizing or reimbursed…..nothing.

Unfriendly staff/checkin.Food all over entry hall upon arrival. All Coffee pots were empty in the morning and no one cares. People frustrated waiting around for coffee and no hotel personnel around, morning of Aug, 29th, 2021 at 7:53am.
