Run! Go someplace else The hotel canceled our reservation two hours before our arrival without letting us know. After a long day of travel we had to find other accommodations, the staff was rude

We checked in with Mr. PETER, a very rude person, who treated us very rudely, and showed us to be very unqualified for the job he was doing. I even thought about giving up my stay and looking for another hotel, but it was already paid for and we were very tired after a long trip. But I don't forget how stupid we were received by Mr. PETER. Moments after our check in, there were 3 or 4 San Rafael police cars in front of the hotel becaus of something that happened there that we didn't know about. Anyway, VERY BAD PLACE.

The bathroom was dirty, found an open safety pin in bed under sheets, no Wi-Fi, disappointing breakfast and no amenities in room, no dishes, no utensils, no nothing. No one at counter after we checked in. Seemed to be ladies of the evening in the front lobby in the morning.

As was already shared in another email I will be direct: the facility was filthy, disgusting, needed to be vacuumed, swept, shower didn’t drain, counter tops were dirty. Breakfast was not breakfast it was few muffins and bars offered. Not a breakfast. The facility smelled. The vending machine got stuck and didn’t work sufficiently. The pool that was advertised was under construction: one of the main reasons we chose it. Very disappointing. Seeking a full refund.

Very understaffed location w some staff trying hard and others very frustrated. Was refused hangars and pillow and blanket bc they didn’t have enough. Recliner was broken and phone didn’t work, so had to trek down to desk for everything (three trips for kitchen gear, including coffee maker the morning no one made any downstairs until after 8:30). Pool was closed but gym open, health as reason but I think they just don’t have capacity to keep pool up. Very much not as advertised or at price point.

The reception guy was very rude he was not in a good mood at all. We didn't ask him to advise us with rudeness. He said, " If you don't like our breakfast, go to target and buy something" !!!! We just arrived and had no idea what he was talking about. The kitchen is a joke there is nothing in it, not even a spoon. The area smelled like a big bag of poop. there is nothing around. The breakfast was coffee, tea, muffins, and bars like they said grab and go. It's not worth a penny and I would never recommend it to anyone.
