Bad decision Ok main reason for booking was the pool but it was closed. Then we realized that it was located across from San Quention not mentioned in any post or reviews. I felt like I was an inmate very thin blankets, flat pillows and I was told that I could get extra blankets or pillows. I didn't like that I had to ask for everything silverware, cookware even toiletries. Honestly this was the worst ever hotel stay Ive had in a very long time (and I have stayed at other extended stay)

A subpar stay Definitely not what I was expecting. Hotel staff made me sit and wait to check in because they were on the phone when I arrived. (Exact words: "Have a seat, this could be awhile.") When I got into my room at night, the A/C was blasting at 60, wasting energy to cool an empty room. The curtains were closed because it was on the first floor facing the parking lot. Avoid at all cost Management at this hotel are unprofessional and rude. My wife asked for coffee before the 9:30 cut off and was told there was no more. And proceeded to video the conversation with her without her permission and refused to put down the phone when she asked them to. My next call will be to corporate office.

Less than comfortable and dirty Accommodations and service was less than minimal. The room was okay, beds okay, but the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I wiped black grunge from below the shower door, AFTER I picked up and disposed of a cockroach.

Lack of services, no one response for services and no one can fix the lighting. very basic grab and go breakfast for paying $250 per night.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Absolutely disgusting! Nothing was clean, the carpet was sticky. Didn’t look like anybody had cleaned the bathroom in a long time and the service was horrible. Definitely would not recommend.

Expedia said this property featured a pool. We chose this property from others in the area because it offered an indoor pool. When we check in this evening, we learned that the pool has been under construction for months! Expedia should have updated this property's amenities to reflect the real deal.
