Staff not very helpful, the door of my room seemed to have been forced before. If you need shampoo, you need to go to front desk to get it. Terrible experience

I got up in the middle night and I seen a cockroach going down the kitchen counter it was really disgusting and I have a video of it so that was not a great stay I could not sleep for the rest of the night and I have to be working the next day overall just not cool.

Located where we needed but room stunk like a wet dog wearing filthy socks...and they knew because the window was open and it was raining. Walls are thin very noisy. Pool was closed but was not noted online...some staff were rude and bothered to do just about everything we asked for which left us raiding the housekeeping cart for supplies so we didnt have to hear the sighs and rude remarks.

Un professional and rude staff at extended stay Whenever I asked to be connected the call to room .they were very rude and they tell me why doesn’t he uses his cell phone I told them he doesn’t have cell phone.Receptionist told me this 415 451 1887 is for people who want to reserve rooms.they didn’t connect my calls.I never saw such a rude receptionists anywhere.I had to book a new room for my brother in another suit for five more days.
