will take you money if you arrive past curfew my employees showed up past curfew and had to sleep in the truck because they would not allow them to check in late.... never seen this before and never thought to check. but i will never send my employees to an extended stay again. the extended stay in Tracy, ca has bed bugs and fleas and lice.

Had the worst experience at this property staff was sooo rude the supivisor Ann talk down to me an actually put her hand up an told me to calm down when I was just asking her a question why the bathroom was closed with no sign an when asked to use another room restroom for my elderly mother to use until our room was ready was declined. Staff was rude and I stay for 9 days and only clean the room once

The a/c was broken. Couldn’t be fixed. No other rooms. Lady at front desk said to someone “I don’t like you people “. Two different races. I left. They refunded me. Horrible.
