First of all, when arriving at the property, there was no one at the counter (Check In area). After 15 minutes, the gentleman came and had a bit of attitude. That's my only interaction with hotel staff since no one came to clean the room or replace the towels/toiletries, and I was there for about 4 days. The hallways smell badly and carpet was dirty. The elevator was super slow and dirty as well. I wont stay there again.

Arrived at 5:00 to check in. Was asked to wait 5-10 minutes so staff could see if rooms were clean/ready. Was told that cleaning staffs were understaffed so they didn't know if rooms were clean and/or ready.

There was not even a plastic drinking glass in the room. It also had an odd odor. Front desk was very helpful.

The room did not even have plastic glasses for use in the bathroom or kitchen. The room also had an odor. The elevator was dirty and grimy. The staff member Sam was very helpful.

Horrible The front staff lady was super rude! She ignored answering my questions and had an attitude. There was urine on my toilet seat... my bed smell like mold... it was a horrible experience

No coffee machine, hidden unexpectedly fees WIFI/internet, ceiling fire sprinkler light blinking annoying overnight, no waste basket by the bed, no candy/soda vendors.

I decided to give a "second" chance to a different Extended Care, but now I realize they all operate the same and it isn't good.I had a smoker with a dog in the next room at the head of my bed. She went out to smoke...often, and the dog barked non stop (5am) until she returned. When I called the front desk, all I got was "oh sorry". It still continued. You have to ask for EVERYTHING. Silverware, plates...EVERYTHING! I will never stay here...or any with the same name, again.
