Our room had ants, we asked them to spray and they never did. We were there for 6 days. Our ironing board was broken, the microwave was unusable and had to be replaced. The floor was so sticky our shoes stuck to it. Overall I give our stay a thumbs down.

Like: Clean; staff helpful Not like: No amenities in room. No glasses, paper, pens, etc. Thermostat was broken.

Arrogant staff Empty kitchenette (No coffee machine, spoons/forks/knives/utensils) Worst guest services Not worth the money

Je n y retournerai pas! Chambre vieillotte et moche, le personnel n est pas agréable, piscine sale, petit dejeuner catastrophique il n y a rien à part du café the et quelques muffins ! Il n y a que l emplacement qui est correct car on est à proximité des autoroutes et pour se déplacer c est rapide!

Room was nasty dirty... walked in and shoes stuck to the laminate floor.... shower was slippery because soap scum covered it... found a crushed cookie on floor by the bed that was NOT our cookie. Also room had no cups, not even plastic cups. No local maps in hotel lobby. Hot tub was 110 degrees and very small. Breakfast was ridiculous. Only saw coffee and cheapo pastries. Don't plan on booking this place! Motel Six would have been better than here...

Two queen beds will be "Upgraded" I booked a room of two queen beds for a family of four but got "upgraded" to king bed plus a sofa upon arriving at 10PM. Requested not to "upgrade" but the answer is "You can cancel your reservation and find some other place". We have to go get the bed lining ourselves for the sofa bed and plus no pillows available for the sofa bed. Warning - You reservation of a room with two queen beds will be "Upgraded" to a Sofa + King

No WiFi I planned to stay 3 weeks for work. I left after a week because they didn't have working WiFi the entire time. I can see an outage of a day or two, but not an entire week. Every time I complained I got told they were "working on it" with no timeline for actually fixing it. The common areas of the hotel are dirty, but the room is ok. The "gym" is three sad pieces of cardio equipment. The TV usually fails to connect, and when it does, only has very limited programming. "Breakfast" is a couple prepackaged muffins or so... read more
