Rude and unhelpful staff. I was overbooked and he told me I need to call and fix it. I told him it’s their mistake and made him call.

The front desk staff were very rude and unprofessional. No management on site during the weekend. Found a used condom under our bed! The building itself is run down and old, nothing like the pictures. The door handle to our room broke off, but maintenance came quickly and fixed it, he was very friendly.

On arrival, we were told that the third party oversold and they do not have a room available for us. After making several calls, finally magically one room opened up. There were many other guests in similar situation. Property description shows swimming pool which is closed by the county and says free breakfast but no breakfast is available except for coffee/tea and some bars. Property description should be updated to accurately reflect amenities and overselling should be immediately and permanently stopped.

This property was absolutely disgusting, and filthy. I would have NOT booked this hotel had known this. The pool was closed by the county, the bathroom floor was literally lifting off the ground, there was mold in the shower, stains all over, the carpet was sticky. Just down righr disgusting.
