Its stated that breakfast was included-only coffee and muffins. There was no kitchen dishes, pans available so unable to use stove which was the reason that we chose this place. Would not stay here again.

It was not disclose that the swimming pool was closed! The main reason I booked the hotel was for my family to actually enjoyed the swimming pool! My children were dévastés and it turned out to be aweful and waste of my money!

Long stays beware I stayed here for nearly a month at extended stay bishop ranch east. This inform tus rough was the worst experience i have ever had. 1. The doors were constantly broken. Even the staff and guests admitted to the doors being broken. I spoke with the manager and she instidted it was my error and her doors worked perfect. On Aug 3rd yet again my key broke. Deceptively Unclean Bait and Switch I was put into a disabled accessible room I did not request. It was far from elevators at the back of the hotel. It was not cleaned before I came in and had the smell of fresh feces and body odor. There was still feces under the toilet lid. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies and spent 3 hrs cleaning dirt from the shower and toilet and the countertops were filthy. The place smelled like perfume was sprayed to cover the filth.
