My reservation was cancelled due to a bursted water pipe in the hotel before I arrived. I received a call from the hotel to let me know the morning of The day I was to arrive.

When I went to check in. My reservation could not be found. It was found underneath someone else's booking who already checked in. Took me four hours to get checked in and things fixed between being on so many different phone calls. Woke up to the pipes being broken so we couldn't flush the toilet or shower or wash hands or anything. C

There was a man upstairs sliding furniture around all night from 2:00am-3:30am…I told the front desk and he addressed the matter but after he talked to him, he started slamming things on the ground and being even louder. I requested a refund and did not receive one next day. The lady at the front desk said he’d been staying there for months. The room smell old and it looks outdated. The front desk worker was friendly.
