GET AN EXTERMINATOR! There were a few tiny ants here and there when I arrived. Annoying but not alarming. I left some closed bags of snacks on the counter. The next morning there were hundreds of sugar ants swarming all over them. They had to be thrown away. There are kitchen appliances, but that’s it. No cookware, no plates or glasses, no flatware. All I can say is ANTS. Ants everywhere. Even my neighbors had the same issue. Can’t leave food out for a second because the ants will literally appear. All staff can do is wipe them away.
I had an emergency was unable to make it to the reservation and was still charged

Dirty bathroom. Crawling bugs in room. Bed bugs walk ip with bumps. Nothing for so called bfst. Only coffee & fruit bar. Cold & inattentive front desk person. Wouldn’t recommend this place 👎
