Nothing special about this property! Vending machine not working properly and there’s no closer store to buy water and snacks! Not even a free water bottle! You can easily choke in this facility… never ever comeback in this place!!

So disappointing Accommodations were spartan. No glasses? Plates? Kleenex boxes? Absurd. There was no coffee in the room (what was available in the lobby was hideous). "Breakfast" was stale granola bars and semi-frozen muffins. Definitely not what was advertised. Came to this hotel from a Residence Inn in another city- no comparison. Residence Inn was 5 stars across the board. Not this place. Won't stay here again or recommend.

Friendly staff and they trnder to our needs. However we found blood on our sheets in one of the beds. Haven't heard back from management didn't recieve a discount a comp night or future stay discount. Elevators were very slow and always occupied. Got stuck in an elevator for about 3 minutes doors closed no movements. The staff clean in the am so there's workers going up and down the elevators the same time people are starting their days. The staff was very unfriendly, and the walls were too thin, and everyone complained about everyone. It was noisy, and the cleaning of the room only happened if you stayed for more than seven nights (no room cleaning and no bed sheet changes). I suggest staying away from this place.

The property was clean and staff was nice. There was some problems trying to get ahold of the property prior to our arrival. The staff also did not mention changes that may occur when we had to change to an ADA room. We booked a King Suite and called to get a ADA room. When arrived at the room it was a Queen bed and the ADA room was the farthest room from the Elevators.
